Fantastic Fan Fiction (Winter/Spring 2025)

$70.00

It takes a lot of guts to write fan fiction** and even more to tell people that you do it. This spring, we’re gathering around the safe space of Mrs. Kristin’s table to learn all about fan fiction, from what it is and how to write it to where to share and find an audience for your work.

Mrs. Kristin totally wrote fan fic back in the day (and still reads it now), but she’s old. That’s why she’s bringing in Wordshop student and prolific fan fiction writer Millie to co-teach the class.

1 session, 3 hours

Sunday, March 8, 1:00–4:00 p.m.

** Fan fiction is when you use another creator’s characters, settings, and/or storylines in your own work. It’s perfectly legal as long as you don’t sell your work.
