Story Scribblers: 5th & 6th grade summer writing camp (Summer 2025)

$150.00
Sold Out

Writers fall into two camps: those who have too many good ideas and those who don’t know where to start. Story Scribblers is the perfect class for both.

We’ll start every session of this five-day, fiction-focused writing camp with a quick creative prompt. Then we’ll do a little learning and discuss topics like character creation, world building, types of narrators, and plot structure. Finally, we’ll tackle the day’s writing prompt (which links back to our lesson of the day). Sharing work is encouraged but never a requirement.

Open to rising 5th and 6th graders.

Dates: June 2–6, 1:30–3:00 p.m.
